By reserving a locker via the mobile app, you are ensuring yourself of the availability of a secure parking space when you arrive on site. If you don't use the reservation system, the "first come, first served" principle applies. If no Vélo-Transit locker is available on arrival, you will need to lock your bike to an external rack.

Prior to using the locker, via the mobile app, locate and select the station of your choice on the map via the start position bar or directly on the map. Select an available locker, choose the rate and confirm the reservation. Your locker will remain reserved free of charge from 30 to 60 minutes after the start of your reservation (duration varies according to the chosen location).

If you no longer wish to use the locker, you must cancel your reservation.

You will have between 30 and 60 minutes (depending on the location) to get to your locker and start your rental. After this time, the time will be added to your rental period. You will then be billed for your use.

First, if you have made a reservation, cancel it. Then contact Customer Service at 1 844 388-8361, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., or e-mail info@velotransit.ca. We'll rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot intervene outside business hours.

The lockers are 1.29 m (51 in.) high by 2.1 m (83 in.) deep and 73 cm (29 in.) wide. To facilitate space utilization, enter your bike with the rear wheel first.

Please note that most longtail cargo bike models are adapted to the space available inside each Vélo-Transit locker.

In order to allow all users to benefit from a Vélo-Transit parking space, and to ensure its maintenance, we ask you to limit your use to a maximum of five consecutive days. Your bike should not be left in a Vélo-Transit locker for more than five days.
