By using the Vélo-Transit platform, you agree to these terms of use.

Welcome to Vélo-Transit

Vélo-Transit is a platform operated by 9401-4990 Québec Inc. that provides access to secure bike parking spaces as well as certain services offered by partners.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Using the platform

Anyone who accesses and uses the Service must respect these Terms and Conditions.

Certain services, rentals, or purchases may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to our partners. These terms and conditions will be presented to you before any confirmation is made.

Bike storage liability

Vélo-Transit sets up secure bike storage facilities.

However, you use them at your own risk.

➜ Users are responsible for their bike at all times.

  • Vélo-Transit cannot be held liable for the following:

    • theft of a bicycle or equipment

    • lost items

    • direct or indirect damage

    While security measures are put in place, no system can guarantee absolute security.

    We recommend:

    • using a high-quality lock

    • not leaving valuables behind

    • checking the condition of your equipment

    Creating and managing your account

    To access certain services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password.

    You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for:

    • the confidentiality of your login information

    • all activities performed from your account

    Vélo-Transit cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from:

    • sharing your login information

    • negligence
